Job Description:
Incoming Fruit Graders assess all fruit received by Oregon Berry over the course of the harvest season. Strawberries, blueberries and black raspberries are all graded prior to processing and packing. Additionally, Incoming Fruit Graders collect fruit samples, catalog grades, and collaborate on a variety of tasks to support fruit processing operations. This internship offers access to multiple facets of work in the food industry, including quality assurance, food safety and regulatory affairs.
