FOOD SAFETY COMPLIANCE

As a grower, packer, and processor of fresh and frozen berries and berry products, Oregon Berry is regulated and inspected by federal and state agencies (FDA, ODA, OSHA, USDA, DOL, BOLI, DOT). The Food and Drug Administration - Food Safety Modernization Act outlines practices we are required to follow to produce safe food products. In addition, our customers require auditing and certification of our products, systems, and practices by independent agencies.


All Oregon Berry company rules, policies, procedures, record keeping systems, and training programs are designed to meet and exceed government regulations and independent certification standards, to create a safe workplace for employees, and to consistently produce safe, high quality products.
